BetMGM, one of the leading bookmakers and iGaming operators, is stepping forward with a new deal that will expand its reach across the United States.
As part of the partnership with Revolutionary Racing Kentucky (RRKY) announced this week, BetMGM will get the chance to provide its services instantly after the launch of legal sports betting in Kentucky.
The company’s plans include a retail betting outlet and online platform organized in conjunction with RRKY. This betting outlet will find its location at Sandy’s Racing & Gaming, a 5,200-square-foot facility, and should open in the fall. However, BetMGM is still awaiting approval from gambling regulators and licenses to begin operations.
The partnership will support the development of Ashland-based Sandy’s Racing & Gaming, including a new $75 million gaming and entertainment complex. Plans also include a race track and equestrian center, expected to launch in 2025.
The move follows a major deal in New Jersey, where BetMGM has launched a partnership with Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, offering players Evolution’s Dual Play roulette.
President of Revolutionary Racing, Prentice Salter, emphasized that BetMGM was chosen because of their commitment to high quality service.
BetMGM continues to deliver impressive results, with net revenue of $944 million in the first half of 2023 alone, and the company has also confirmed ambitious plans for annual revenue of between $1.8 billion and $2 billion.
